A Board member from the Belmere Homeowners Association left a thank you note for Community Association Manager, Carlos Borrero.

“Carlos is the best HOA manager we have ever had. Past managers pushed work onto our volunteer boards and committees. Carlos works with us and will undertake any task that we need.” said the Belmere HOA Board.

“Whenever we call him with a request or problem, he always gets back to us as soon as he can. He makes notes on everything and returns our calls promptly. I can’t imagine volunteering on our board without the help of Carlos.”

Carlos has been working with the Belmere HOA for four years now and has been with Sentry Management, for over eight years.

The note went on to say “I used to chase landscape crews, get all kinds of proposals and generally stay frustrated with it all. When Carlos came on board, he has taken responsibility for all our maintenance oversight. He manages our vendors closely and ensures that we get their best performance.”
