CommunityPro® is the administrative and operations software of Sentry Management. It is used as a tool for our Community Managers as well as your Board of Directors to operate and manage your association. Homeowners can go to the CommunityPro® PORTAL to pay fees, check on their accounts and view other important information.
With this new enhancement, homeowners and residents can now electronically submit work orders for their community and they are administratively handled in the CommunityPro® Work Order Module. Every work order and their status is viewable by the Board of Directors members in the Board Room.
To activate this feature on your Association’s CommunityPro® PORTAL, please contact your Sentry Community Manager.
