Sentry Management Inc. may retain the  services of third-party vendors in connection with technology, website support, banking services, insurance products, lending assistance, leasing administration, back-office administration, and operational support functions for which a financial or other benefit may be realized by Sentry Management Inc. or its affiliates. All benefits that might be achieved by Sentry Management Inc. through affinity and affiliate relationships will not be segregated among Sentry Management Inc.’s many association clients.

Purchase of any product and/or service, which is part of any offering, affinity program or marketing plan operated by Sentry Management Inc., or any entities affiliated with Sentry Management Inc., is completely voluntary. b) A community association manager or a community association management firm, including directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest in a community association management firm, or a relative of such persons, holds an interest in or receives compensation or any thing of value from a corporation, limited liability corporation, partnership, limited liability partnership, or other business entity that conducts business with the association or proposes to enter into a contract or other transaction with the association.
