Baldwin Park Residential Owner’s Association Board of Directors, Denny O’Neil has served over 12 years as the Board President and is now retiring from the position.

In his role as ROA president, Denny also served on the Joint Committee and helped grow the annual holiday and Independence Day events to the acclaimed activities that they are today.

Denny was instrumental in forming the Traffic and Neighborhood Watch committees, has informed his neighbors at the New Resident Orientations and has written monthly articles for the Baldwin Park Living magazine, among other things.

Susan Comisky, the Baldwin Park Community Director says “Denny has been a great advocate for the Baldwin Park community and has served the homeowners well for over a decade. He has always been willing to step in and help out where needed.”

The Baldwin Park community has received honors in past years for almost every category in the Florida Communities of Excellence program.
