Board Member of Sentry-managed Community Named “Board Member of the Year”

Charles Gibson, a longtime board member for the Sentry-managed community of East Hampton Estates, was recently honored as Board Member of the Year by Prince George County, Maryland, the Office of Community Relations (OCR), and the Commission on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC) at the “In the Spirit of Community” Awards Recognition and Stakeholder Reception.

The “In the Spirit of Community” reception celebrated outstanding contributions of shared ownership communities in Prince George’s County. It serves as a platform to acknowledge the tireless efforts of stakeholders who work diligently to enhance the lives of Prince George’s County communities and residents. At this event, community boards, management companies, residents, and stakeholders met and collaborated with the OCR and CCOC teams who work to meet local community, resident, and board needs.

Sentry Management’s Crofton Division President, LaShauna Tillmon, had the honor of presenting Charles Gibson with his well-deserved Board Member of the Year award during this prestigious event. Charles’ recognition, despite being able to attend the award reception, is a testament to his exemplary service, hard work, and unwavering commitment. Over the years, Charles has served various roles within the East Hampton Estates association, becoming a pillar of support and leadership for all residents and fellow community board members.

Crofton Division President LaShauna Tillmon expressed her pride at Charles’ recognition, stating, “As a company deeply committed to fostering strong and thriving communities, Sentry Management is honored to celebrate individuals like Charles Gibson, whose passion and dedication inspire others to make a positive difference in their communities.”
