Sentry Management is a full-service community management company, serving clients since 1975. Sentry’s business is the day-to-day operation of communities, homeowner associations and condominiums. Sentry is accredited as an AMO® (Accredited Management Organization) by the Institute of Real Estate Management and has one of the highest operating and financial standards in the industry. Section 468.4335, Florida Statutes, requires disclosure of any interest which might reasonably tend to create a conflict of interest, direct or indirect, in any action proposed or pending before an association.

Potential Conflicts of Interest [Affiliated Business Disclosure]
Sentry Management Inc., its directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest or a relative of such persons, may receive additional financial benefit from affinity partners and/or service providers which offer certain non-management related services or products to an association. These relationships may present a conflict of interest as defined under Section 468.4335, Florida Statutes.

ASSOCIATIONS SHOULD CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE OPERATING OBJECTIVES AND RISKS, AS WELL AS CHARGES AND EXPENSES, OF ENGAGING EACH SERVICE PROVIDER. CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER’S DESIGNATED POINT OF CONTACT TO OBTAIN AN AFFILIATED BUSINESS DISCLOSURE (IF ANY). READ THE AFFILIATED BUSINESS DISCLOSER CAREFULLY BEFORE ENGAGING THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

IF THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES AND CONSIDERS A BID THAT EXCEEDS $2,500 TO PROVIDE A GOOD OR SERVICE, OTHER THAN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES, FROM A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER OR A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT FIRM, INCLUDING DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND PERSONS WITH A FINANCIAL INTEREST IN A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT FIRM, OR A RELATIVE OF SUCH PERSONS, THE ASSOCIATION MUST SOLICITY MULTIPLE BIDS FROM OTHER THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF SUCH GOODS OR SERVICES.

Affiliated Companies and Financial Interests
Sentry Management  Inc. has affiliations with various service providers and partners that may offer services and products to the associations we manage. These affiliations include, but are not limited to, insurance agencies, maintenance companies, technology firms, and financial service providers. In some cases, Sentry Management Inc., its directors, officers, or their relatives may have a financial interest in these affiliated companies and may receive additional compensation or other benefits as a result of services or products provided to the association. As used in this section, the term “relative” means a relative within the third degree of consanguinity by blood or marriage.
