Two Sentry Boise Community Managers recently received their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations from the Community Associations Institute(CAI). Joye Jones and Tisha Parrott both joined the staff in 2015 and manage a portfolio of homeowner’s associations in the Treasure Valley.
Sentry Idaho is one of the few local management companies with a full staff of certified managers, some holding additional advanced designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) or who have been trained in Large-Scale HOA Management (LSM). We are committed to making sure our community managers are up to speed in all things related to HOA management. Holding a national certification allows us to stay up on legislation and other legal decisions taking place across the country, even if not yet enacted in Idaho.
Why is this important? Managers with CMCA certification are trained to handle the day-to-day operations, administration, and enforcement efficiently so that HOA Boards can focus on making decisions and still be a “neighbor” to others in the subdivision or condominium association. A CMCA understands the legal implications of Board decisions and community insurance needs so that financial and legal risks can be reduced. A CMCA will make sure your community is well-kept protecting property values for current and future homeowners.
