Helmuth Naumann to Serve as Division President of Sentry Management Indianapolis

Helmuth Naumann, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, has taken the position of Division President of Sentry Management Indianapolis. Naumann has over eight years of experience in the community management industry and 15 more in construction and projects.

With undergraduate degrees in Building Construction & Construction Management and Technology Management from Utah Valley University, Naumann began his career in community management as a Condominium General Manager at Aix La Chapelle Condominiums in Salt Lake City, Utah. Throughout his time there, Naumann acquired several community management certifications, including the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications.

At Sentry Management, Naumann will oversee the Indianapolis team and the services they provide to the Indianapolis metro area. On his new role, Naumann describes his excitement for the role: “I am excited to contribute to Sentry’s commitment to professional development and leadership by empowering my team and fostering continuous improvement. I aim to cultivate a culture of growth, efficiency, and innovation that enhances client satisfaction and team success. Success in leadership comes from a dedication to growth—both in ourselves and those around us. Throughout my career in management, construction, and community leadership, I’ve learned that the most impactful progress comes from building strong teams and fostering continuous learning. In addition to his undergraduate degrees, Helmuth Naumann holds a master’s in business administration with a focus on Finance and Project Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport.  He is also currently an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), its Utah Chapter (UCCAI), and a member of the HOA Leader management organization.

During his free time, Naumann is a youth and semi-professional competitive soccer referee. He is avid lover of skiing and mountain sports.
