The Sentry Management office in Kissimmee, FL held a welcome meeting for a new Homeowners Association, Mallard Pond. The event had over 30 homeowners and HOA Board Members in attendance.

At the event, attendees had the opportunity to meet with their Community Association Manager, and the Sentry Management Vice President of the Orlando South Division, Michelle Figueroa.

Staff also assisted the homeowners with setting up their accounts for CommunityPro®, Sentry’s proprietary software that provides homeowners an easy way to make payments, access homeowner association documents, view account history, and stay informed.

Mallard Pond Board Members had a tutorial of their own, where they learned all of the features that are included in the CommunityPro® Board Room, a tool specifically for Board Members where reports can be printed that contain real-time information that can be accessed 24/7.
