Laura Windpassinger has been promoted to Milwaukee Division President, following the retirement of Margaret Huettner. Kregg Hale, SVP of Training and Acquisitions believes Laura is well-equipped to lead the division. “We’re excited to announce Laura’s promotion to Division President.  Laura exhibits the qualities we look for in a successful leader, and we’re pleased to support her in the Milwaukee/Madison market.”

Laura began her career in apartment management in LaCrosse, WI, managing luxury buildings before joining Prospect Management Company in July 2009. Under the leadership of Bill and Margaret Huettner, Laura assumed the role of Director of Operations, overseeing community association management operations in the Milwaukee and Madison markets. She was instrumental in orchestrating a smooth transition when the company was acquired by Sentry in October 2022.

Of her promotion, Laura says, “I am grateful for the opportunity to lead and inspire our amazing team of professionals and the communities we serve in this new role under new mentorship. As we continue to extend our reach into the greater SE Wisconsin region, I couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds for us all. Outside of her work life, Laura and her husband are raising twins in Wauwatosa. She is also active in the community, serving as treasurer for the Underwood PTA and LIFT (Ladies in the Field Together).
