A homeowner from Plantation Point, a Sentry-managed community in Bluffton, GA recently took time to send in a letter of thanks to local community association manager, Vicki Bruno.

The note read, “I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a pleasure it was to live in Plantation Point the last three years … Every problem I had was corrected immediately and with a smile and courtesy from everyone. The complex is safe and beautiful. Anyone that visited my wife and I commented on how nice Plantation Point is. This is because of you and everyone around you, and I thank you for that.”

He goes on to explain, “I tell people all the time, and will continue to do so, what a wonderful complex Plantation Point is. It isn’t easy maintaining 414 units, but you and your staff make it look easy. Congrats! Again, thank you for the wonderful service and courtesy shown to me and my late wife, while we lived in Plantation Point. It was truly a pleasure.”

Vicki started her career in Property Management in 1983 working with apartment communities for 18 years, eventually as the general manager for a 640-unit complex. She decided to move to Florida after her children graduated from college and pursued her interest in Community Association Management.
