Formed in 1998, the CAI Tennessee Legislative Action Committee (LAC) is a volunteer committee consisting of professionals serving community associations. The LAC advocate in Tennessee by identifying community association issues, monitoring pending legislation, and setting legislative priorities. Kristan explains what this opportunity means to her, “I am honored to have the opportunity to help advocate for the many communities in the great state of Tennessee. My main goal is to ensure our homeowner’s voices are heard.”
