Community Association Management Expertise

Board members have busy lives, and giving back to their community should be a rewarding experience. We provide the expertise and organization to give you peace of mind and foster a harmonious community that residents are glad to call home. We are in the business of forming sustainable relationships with our clients and providing guidance and leadership to the boards and membership in a way that benefits both.

Sentry Management Charlotte is comprised of a team of uniquely qualified professionals with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Our Community Managers have a minimum of five years of experience working directly with HOAs. They also have continued access to professional development in regard to changing laws and certifications as per CAI governance.

Exceptional Service for your HOA or Condominium

Sentry Management provides operational leadership to homeowner associations, residential condominium associations and commercial condo associations and master-planned communities throughout the Charlotte areas and their surrounding counties.

The Sentry Management Charlotte office serves a wide variety of HOAs and condominiums in Charlotte and throughout Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Rowan, and Iredell Counties, with a significant presence in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver and Mooresville. The Charlotte team is dedicated to building excellent relationships with board members, and we take pride in the communities we serve.

Certified Community Managers

When you trust us to manage your community, you are investing in Community Managers who are either Certified Managers of Community Associations® (CMCA®) or Association Management Specialists® (AMS®). Having a CMCA demonstrates a manager’s foundational knowledge required to manage a community association. Managers must complete in-depth, comprehensive training on the essentials of community management and then pass a rigorous exam. Some of our managers have also obtained an AMS designation, which is a higher level of understanding of their role as a community association manager. The AMS is obtained after completing at least two additional courses of education and after two years of community association management experience.

Nicole Grandelli, CMCA, AMS, is the Sentry Management Charlotte Division President. With over 16 years of industry experience, Nicole leads the experienced Charlotte team and is also involved with the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
