Sentry Management Lexington’s uniquely qualified professionals have more than 20 years of experience in the community management industry. As the first accredited HOA management company in Kentucky, our Community Managers have a minimum of five to ten-plus years of experience working directly with HOAs and COAs.
Sentry Management provides operational leadership to homeowner associations, residential condominium associations, commercial condo associations, and master-planned communities throughout the Lexington metropolitan area and the surrounding counties.
The Sentry Management Lexington office serves various HOAs and condominiums in Frankfort, Georgetown, Richmond, Lexington, and Versailles. The Lexington team is dedicated to building excellent relationships with board members and takes pride in the communities we serve.
Here at Sentry Management, our Community Managers are either Certified Managers of Community Associations® (CMCA®) or Association Management Specialists® (AMS®). This CMCA certification demonstrates a manager’s foundation knowledge to manage a community association successfully. To pass a rigorous exam for certification, managers must complete in-depth, comprehensive training on the essentials of community management.
When you trust us to manage your community, you are investing in Community Managers who are Certified Managers of Community Associations® (CMCA®), Association Management Specialists® (AMS®), Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM), or Association Management Specialists (AMS). Having a CMCA or AMS demonstrates a manager’s foundational knowledge required to manage a community association. A PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
Jennifer Birkemeier, CMCA®, AMS®, is the Sentry Management Lexington and Louisville Division President. With over eight years of experience in large-scale luxury apartments, rental operations, and financial management, as well as seven years of experience in condominium and homeowner association management, Jennifer leads the experienced team serving Lexington and is also involved with the Kentucky Chapter of Community Associations.
