Sentry Management provides operational leadership to homeowner associations, residential condominium associations and commercial condo associations through our Santa Fe office. The local office was established in 1990 and has been serving local communities for over three decades. The Sentry Santa Fe office currently serves over 75+ local associations throughout Santa Fe, Los Alamos, White Rock and Taos.
Tom Simon (PCAM) is the Division President of the Santa Fe office and has over 30 years of experience in real estate and 20 in community management. The Sentry Management Santa Fe staff has an average of around 20+ years of experience in the management industry, and employs three of the only seven certified PCAMs in New Mexico. Team members are dedicated to excellent customer service, committed to staying current with HOA regulations, and take pride in the communities they serve.
