The Sentry Management office in Sarasota, FL is celebrating their newly- licensed Community Association Manager, Jennifer Watson.
Jennifer has been working in the Sentry Sarasota office as a Community Representative for over a year.
“Jennifer is excited to have obtained her CAM license. She is currently serving our communities as a Community Representative alongside our Community Managers, and she is looking forward to her upcoming role as a Sentry CAM,” Sarasota Division Vice President, Nicole Bennetsen said.
A Florida CAM license is required when managing a community association of more than 10 units and/or with an annual budget in excess of $100,000. To become a licensed CAM, applicants must complete the state approved pre-licensure course and be determined by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to be “of good moral character.” The applicant must then pass a rigorous state test and take continuing education courses to renew their license periodically.
