CSI has over 25 years of experience serving the Charlotte, NC, area, managing HOAs, condominiums, recreation, marina associations, and developing communities.

CSI Owner and Division President Nicole Grandelli will remain on as Division Present. Nicole leads a team of seasoned community managers who earn their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) within the first year of employment and are encouraged to pursue additional professional education and credentials. CMCA is an international certification program that certifies community association managers with the knowledge, skills and ability needed to manage their communities. Laura Poole, VP of Acquisitions at Sentry Management, notes, “Nicole Grandelli has spent her whole career in the community management field. Starting in an administrative support role, and then as a Community Manager, and Director of Operations before becoming the company owner, she has dedicated 20 years to the profession. She has a unique understanding of the greater Charlotte market, with long standing relationships with association boards and local developers.
