John Lambert, Vice President of the Sentry Management Albuquerque division received feedback from a local Condo Association Board Member regarding their experience with Sentry.

The Villa Serena Board Member wrote in his email, “John, I would be remiss if I didn’t say a very appreciative, Thank You, to you personally for interceding with our local Water Authority to correctly adjust our water billing. Your combined effort with a professional engineer resulted in saving Villa Serena many dollars on our monthly bill and a very large refund from the Water Authority.”

In September 2018, the Water Authority inspected the meters for Villa Serena and found they had larger meter sizes then they were currently being billed for. They proceeded to change the rate structure, which nearly doubled their water charges.

John reached out to a local engineer who had worked on the original rate structure for the community, and in turn was able to confirm with the Water Authority that the original rate structure should be grandfathered in. This adjustment resulted in a refund check of over $17,000 being issued to the community.

The Villa Serena Condominium Association was a formerly self-managed community that recently switched to professional Association Management by signing with Sentry.

The letter also stated, “I am very pleased with our professional relationship with Sentry. As Maintenance Committee Chair, Pam, our Community Manager is my go-to lady with any of our maintenance issues. We are now in a position where I can start handyman projects and so far they are going very well.”
