Sentry community association manager, Lucia Bonadies recently received excellent feedback from the Board president of the Tuscany Gardens community, a 248-unit condominium in Fort Myers, FL regarding her work on completing a roofing project.

The community was affected when hurricane Irma hit Florida back in September of 2017, causing extensive damage to the roof along with other damage to the property. Many community managers in the area had to act fast inspecting properties, contacting insurance companies and vendors to get the repair process started for their communities.

“I wanted to send a note telling you what a great job Lucia has done for Tuscany Gardens in getting new roofing due to hurricane Irma. Lucia has put in many hours including evenings and weekends to accomplish our goal of having new roofing paid for by the insurance company,” the Board President of Tuscany Gardens said.

Sentry has managed the condominium association since 2012, and Lucia has been managing the community for over five years now, since early 2013.

“It would have been very difficult to have accomplished this without her hard work and dedication,” he explained.

Lucia explains how she was able to get the project completed in a timely manner. “The board was replacing their roof with the majority of an insurance claim from the hurricane. I put in a lot of hard work, and constant follow-up with the insurance company, and vendors until I was able to reach my goal. I am so pleased that the Board is happy and satisfied with their new roof.”
