The Sentry Management office in Loudoun, VA recently hosted a well-attended seminar for local HOA and condominium Board members. The topic of the seminar was on Reserve Planning and Studies.

Michele Baldry, PE, PRA, RS of Reserve Advisors walked Board members through the process of preparing for a study and making it a useful tool in budget and maintenance planning for communities.
