As the sister office to Sentry Management Louisville, the Lexington office supplements the Louisville community management market and serves homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium communities in the surrounding counties of Woodford, Fayette, Clark, Scott, Madison, and Franklin.

Division President Jennifer Birkemeier, CMCA®, AMS, currently oversees Lexington’s office and support staff members. With 8+ years of total experience in large-scale luxury apartment, rental operations, and financial management and an additional 8 years of condominium and homeowner association management experience, Birkemeier is well-versed in providing unparalleled community management services to communities throughout Kentucky. Birkemeier is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and an Association Management Specialist and is also a current member of the Kentucky Chapter of Community Associations.
