With an existing presence in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas, this partnership merges the Sentry and WestGate operations in Santa Fe, serving numerous local communities and supplying the Santa Fe community management market with the full Sentry Management arsenal of tools, resources, and support.

WestGate Properties serves homeowners associations in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, White Rock and Taos. Founded in 2005 by Tom Simon, Simon steadily grew WestGate’s client base, building its reputation as the premier community association management company in greater Santa Fe. Since its inception in the area, the WestGate team has worked with hundreds of board members and thousands of homeowners to deliver exceptional community management service. Westgate currently serves and manages 75+ communities in the area, and the staff has an average of around 20+ years of experience in the management industry. In fact, WestGate employs three of only seven certified PCAMs in New Mexico.

WestGate founder Tom Simon will continue to serve in a leadership capacity as the Division President of Sentry Management Santa Fe. With over 30 years of real estate experience and 20 concurrent years in community management, Simon is well-versed in providing unparalleled community management services to communities throughout the Santa Fe market. Simon earned his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in 2011, and he is actively involved in the local Rotary chapter as the incoming Rotary Governor of New Mexico and West Texas for the 2025-2026 season.
