Louisville, KY – Sentry Management is excited to announce a new partnership with Community Management Associates (CMA) in Louisville, Kentucky. With the addition of the Kentucky offices, Sentry Management now has offices in 22 states and manages homeowner and community associations in 24.

Community Management Associates serves the cities of Louisville, Lexington, and surrounding areas. Founded by the now-retired owner, Tom Richards, over 20 years ago, CMA became the first accredited community management company in Kentucky and has even helped write the Kentucky Condominium Act of 2010, which delineates the responsibilities, rights, and duties of condominium developers and associations. Since its inception in the Louisville area, the CMA team, and their 5-10+ years of individual experience each, has worked with hundreds of board members and thousands of homeowners to deliver exceptional community management service.

The Sentry team in Louisville will be led by Division President Jennifer Birkemeier, CMCA®, AMS. With 8+ years of total experience in large-scale luxury apartment, rental operations, and financial management and 7+ years of condominium and homeowner association management experience, Birkemeier is well-versed in providing unparalleled community management services to communities throughout Kentucky. Birkemeier is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and an Association Management Specialist and is also a current member of the Kentucky Chapter of Community Associations.
