Milwaukee, WI – Sentry Management is excited to announce a new partnership with Prospect Management Company (PMC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With the addition of the Wisconsin office, Sentry Management now serves homeowner and condominium associations in 22 states.

PMC was founded in 1999 and serves the city of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas, including a presence in Madison. Founded by Bill and Margaret Huettner, the husband-and-wife duo expanded the business to provide over 100 communities with the management support they needed. With 20 professionals, the office is an active member of the Wisconsin chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute). With Margaret’s transition and retirement, Sentry announced the promotion of Laura Windpassinger as the new Division President. Laura has over 20 years in the community management field and most recently served as the Director of Operations at PMC.
