Ocean City, MD—Sentry Management is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new office in Ocean City, Maryland. Sentry Management Ocean City will serve homeowners associations (HOA communities) and garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise condominium communities in the surrounding towns of Ocean City and Southern Delaware. With the addition of the Ocean City division, Sentry Management now operates in 44 markets across the country.

The Sentry team in Ocean City will be led by Division President Tara Laing, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, and Senior Community Association Manager Brittney Kendall, who will be overseeing the office team and support staff members. With a combined total of over 23 years of experience in the community management industry, Laing and Kendall are well-versed in providing unparalleled community management services to the communities they serve.

Larger cities and towns serviced include Salisbury, West Ocean City, Berlin, and Snow Hill, Maryland, and Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Ocean View, Millville, Milton, Georgetown, Millsboro, and Dover, Delaware.
