Sentry Management Phoenix Teams Up with Artemina HOA to Protect the Environment

Community Association Management in Phoenix

A 237-home community managed by Sentry’s Phoenix Office was recently recognized as a local leader in helping to reduce water waste, one of the most pressing environmental problems faced in Arizona. As part of the City of Gilbert’s “Water Wise Gilbert” program, Artemina Community Association realized significant water savings after completing an Efficiency Checkup provided by the City and implementing their recommendations. Community Manager Kevin Young is particularly proud of the results. “We have been able to save money while maintaining the landscaping aesthetics that Artemina homeowners expect.” In addition to saving on monthly water utility bills in 2015, the community is displaying signs around the grounds highlighting participation in the Water Wise program.

Sentry seeks to improve the communities it manages. Sentry Community Managers, like Kevin, are encouraged to seek cost savings, utilize new technology and implement new processes. It is part of the value brought by an industry leader. Congratulations Artemina Community Association on this important accomplishment.
