The Orlando Business Journal recognized Sentry Management on their “Fast 50” list for 2022, honoring Central Florida’s fastest-growing private companies as well as their “Golden 100” list of Central Florida’s top private companies.
OBJ’s Fast 50 lists the fastest-growing privately held companies in Central Florida based on year-over-year growth for the past three years, recognizing the growth and continued expansion of Sentry’s HOA management services both in Florida and nationwide. President Bradley Pomp reflected on the company’s continued expansion, noting, “Our entire Sentry team understands that we work in a highly competitive industry. They are all committed to being a national leader and understand what their role is to help the company achieve successful growth.”
Founded and headquartered in Longwood, Florida, Sentry Management currently has offices in over 40 markets across 20 states, uniquely positioning the company as an industry leader. The company is looking ahead and plans to enter several new markets around the country in 2022 and 2023, introducing service solutions to more communities and homeowners.
As a privately held company since its inception in 1975, Sentry was also named to the OBJ’s Golden 100 list of Central Florida’s top private companies. Sentry Management is a family-owned business, with a family-centric culture. Pomp takes considerable pride in keeping the focus on service, both internally and externally. Sentry’s ability to remain a service leader in the industry is entirely dependent on team members. “We have a constant need for great contributors at every level. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, hybrid work schedules, training and advancement opportunities, and a strong employee-oriented culture.”
