The Sentry Management team in Sarasota, Florida, became the first division to earn the Sentry Promises Certified designation. This newly-created certification is only given to Sentry Management offices that display a continued commitment to the Sentry Promises by operating in their communities’ best interests with reliable, professional, and simplified services.
As the first division to become Sentry Promises Certified, the Sentry Management Sarasota office completed a thorough 3-month-long evaluation of their service standards, which was then independently verified, in the following areas:
Nicole Bennetsen, Sarasota Division President, detailed the office’s journey to certification and highlighted the importance of a continued commitment to and excellence in Sentry’s service standards. “Our team diligently adapted to new processes and changes, showcasing our commitment to continuous learning and improvement. We aim to serve our associations better and uphold the high standards exemplified by Sentry, making Sentry-managed associations a place we are all proud to call home. We will continue to honor our achievement as the first office to receive certification. We are so proud of this milestone!”
To celebrate this certification, the Sarasota team was invited to participate as guest speakers in Sentry Management’s monthly web program, Sentry Speaks. Streamed live to Sentry employees nationwide, Sentry Speaks discusses the Sentry Promises and Sentry’s culture and operations from different perspectives in the company. The Sarasota team detailed how they decided to commit to completing the certification, how they worked as a team to achieve it, and their plan of action post-certification, which helped to inspire other divisions to follow suit in their respective certifications.
