Art Swanton, Vice President of the Sentry Management Tavares office, has announced that he will be retiring after 23 years of service with the company.
Art began working in the community association management field in 1986 with a local firm in Ocala. He also achieved his CAM license during this time when it was first being introduced in the state of Florida.

His daily example of helping make the communities great places to live has been the foundation for his leadership in Tavares, and why Sentry has been so successful in that area.”
Art began working at the Sentry Management Tavares office in 1996, the year it opened its doors by answering an ad in the paper for an onsite Community Manager position when the office had four employees total. Today the office has grown exponentially and has over 25 employees. The office manages over 75 homeowner associations and condo associations in the area.
The Tavares Sentry Management office operates in Lake, Marion, Sumter, Citrus, Hernando and Levy Counties. Some of the largest communities where Sentry manages homeowner associations include Tavares, Leesburg, Mt. Dora, The Villages, Lady Lake, and Ocala.
